100%of agreements signed with a complete audit trail

Every agreement signed through the platform since launch carries its version snapshot, signature event and PDF.

Proposal analytics and e-signature

Proposal engagement informs follow-up, while snapshot signing preserves the agreement and its audit record.

From proposal to signed agreement

From proposal to signed agreementProposal content and pricing form the material behind a tokenised recipient link. Views and section engagement feed an engagement record and automated follow-up. A separate signing branch from the recipient link captures the agreed proposal snapshot. The signature produces an audit trail and an agreement PDF with a pipeline signal. Snapshot signing retains the version accepted by the recipient.

The system in words

Mandate

Time the follow-up around the proposal being considered.

The commercial objective was to shorten the sales cycle using evidence of proposal engagement. Proposal content and pricing supplied the starting material. The system connected that material to the recipient’s viewing activity and the signed agreement, giving follow-up an operating record of its own.

System

Recipient links connect engagement to the agreement.

Seichō built tokenised links that record proposal views and section engagement. The engagement record informs automated follow-ups. Signing follows a separate branch from the recipient link: the system takes a snapshot of the proposal, retains the signature evidence and produces an agreement PDF. The signed document also supplies a pipeline signal.

Controls

The signature belongs to the agreed version.

Snapshot signing retains the proposal as it stood at acceptance. The audit trail accompanies that version, and the document output preserves the agreement. Recipient links identify the route into the proposal. This workflow uses automation to record engagement and signing; it does not rely on a model to interpret acceptance.

How the result is measured.

The headline describes audit-trail coverage among signed agreements. Its scope is the signed cohort, with a definition of completeness for each retained record. Unsigned proposals and failed signing attempts require separate treatment. The measurement concerns the evidence that accompanies acceptance.
