A quote composer carries director inputs and business terms into a signed document for the instruction.
Director inputs, business defaults and contract terms combine into a composed quote. The recipient signs that quote through atomic snapshot signing, which preserves the version presented. The system renders a signed PDF and sends the document by email. The retained snapshot connects the signature to the terms accepted.
Mandate
The estate agency wanted to win instructions sooner through a quote that directors could compose and recipients could sign. Director inputs, business defaults and contract terms supplied the material. The work centred on the transition from those inputs to an accepted document.
System
Seichō built a quote composer that combines the director’s inputs with the business defaults. At signing, the system captures a snapshot of the composed quote. A server-rendered PDF records the signed document, and email delivery carries that document to its recipient. The workflow uses defined automation throughout.
Controls
Atomic snapshot signing binds the signing event to the quote as composed. The PDF retains that version for delivery and reference. The control is the connection between the terms presented and the document signed. The quote record provides the commercial context for the acceptance.
The documented result is a composed quote carried through signing into a retained and delivered document.
