Director quotes carry through to signature
Director inputs and business defaults become a composed quote, then a signed snapshot and a delivered document.
60 minutesto first response, as standard
The response standard the system holds for every routed enquiry.
Enquiry routing connects incoming property interest to viewing and offer records, queued follow-up and buyer self-service.
Portal, website and email enquiries arrive alongside a property-system feed. A classifier interprets incoming enquiries, with a deterministic rule fallback. Enquiry, viewing and offer records carry the result into the sales workflow. Those records branch to queued routing and follow-up workers and to a buyer self-service portal.
Mandate
The product’s commercial objective was to preserve each enquiry through follow-up and support conversion into property instructions. Portal enquiries, website forms and email supplied incoming demand alongside a property-system feed. The architecture connects these sources to the records used in the sales operation.
System
Seichō built a classifier that routes incoming enquiries into viewing and offer records. Queued workers carry routing and follow-up from those records. A buyer portal provides self-service alongside that work. The model’s role is enquiry classification; the surrounding record handling and queued jobs use defined automation.
Controls
A deterministic rule path supports classification when the model path cannot supply the result. Queued workers handle the subsequent work. The architecture keeps classification separate from its destinations in the sales record, so the model’s task remains identifiable within the wider workflow.
The architecture connects enquiry capture, sales records and onward handling.
