Assessment results inform reply drafts, with human approval before messages reach the sales system.
Assessment results and incoming messages provide the conversation context. The public receiver supplies messages to a model that drafts a reply. A human approval queue is the default gate before a draft enters the approved outbox. The private sales system polls that outbox for onward handling in the call pipeline. The model drafts; the review queue controls entry to the outbox.
Mandate
The advisory firm wanted assessment sign-ups to reach booked discovery calls without manual chasing. Assessment results and incoming replies supplied the context for each conversation. The system needed to carry that context into follow-up while preserving human judgement over what was sent.
System
Seichō built a reply loop that uses the assessment result to draft a response. Incoming messages reach a separate public service. Drafts pass through a review queue before entering an outbox. The private sales system polls that outbox for approved replies and carries the conversation into its call pipeline.
Controls
The model drafts the reply within a defined conversation. The approval queue separates its proposal from onward handling. The public message receiver and private sales system have distinct roles, connected through the approved outbox. This is a semi-autonomous workflow with a human review point.
