The industries we serve.

Each industry has its own operating questions, and the work begins with them. Seichō is a strategy and technology consultancy for scaling and established businesses in manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, energy and distribution. Each sector shares one requirement: an operating model built around one accountable record, delivered through process automation and custom software.
