From the platform's appointment records.
A patient operations platform connects bookings, consent and medical history to the clinic’s administrative record.
Online booking details, consent, medical history and imported records enter a patient record separated by clinic access rules. The record connects to deposits through the clinic payment account and to scheduled appointment reminders. Recorded attestation and an audit trail support record review. Export provides a route out of the system.
Mandate
The product’s commercial objective was to attract clinics through portable patient records and deposits taken through the clinic's own payment account. The administrative scope covered booking, consent and imported records. The mandate concerned how clinics held and used those records through the appointment journey.
System
Seichō built a clinic platform that brings incoming booking details, consent and medical history into a patient record. Connected functions handle deposits through the clinic’s payment account and schedule appointment reminders. Record activity is retained, and export provides a route for taking records out of the platform.
Controls
Access rules separate each clinic’s records within the platform. Prescriber attestation records the review step, and an audit trail preserves patient-record activity.
The documented result is an administrative record that supports migration and export, with booking and consent information connected. Appointment attendance and the cost of handling records are separate measures of operating performance.
