Adviser-reviewed signals connect client records, check-ins and activity information to recommendations that remain under professional judgement.
Client records, check-ins and activity feed a rule-based state engine. Its flags supply a model-drafted weekly summary. An adviser approval gate stands between the summary and recommendations released to the client.
Mandate
The mandate was to support more clients within the available review time and bring warning signs to the adviser earlier. The advisory firm supplies client records, check-ins and activity information for review.
System
A rule-based state engine identifies patterns across client records, check-ins and activity. Seichō built the engine to flag patterns across review domains. The model uses those flags to draft a weekly summary for the adviser.
Controls
The rules produce pattern flags and the model writes the summary. Recommendations require adviser approval before clients see them. The adviser remains responsible for the recommendations released through this gate.
