Challenges and opportunities

The consultancy needed to speak to two distinct audiences simultaneously. Corporate clients needed to see strategic rigour and commercial outcomes. Potential employees and the wider talent market needed to see culture, values, and a genuine commitment to better ways of working. The messaging had to serve both without diluting either.

An inclusive brand approach was central to the directors’ vision, requiring careful consideration across design, messaging, and creative delivery.

Brand design

We developed a neutral but effective colour palette paired with clean, contemporary design. The identity system was built to feel warm and human while maintaining the professionalism that corporate decision-makers expect.

Language and tone of voice presented Flexas’s message in a way that spoke simultaneously to the businesses they serve and the people those businesses support. Brand guidelines ensured language, tone of voice and brand attributes were maintained across fast-paced marketing activities.

Website design and SEO

Keyword research mapped the competitor landscape and user intent. We designed and developed a bespoke B2B website focusing on best-practice technical SEO and user experience. A structured content marketing plan maximised online visibility through primary and secondary keyword targeting. On-page and off-page SEO strategies were implemented.

Results

Flexas launched with a cohesive, inclusive brand presence aligned to their target markets. The ongoing focus is building momentum and capturing market share from established competitors through continued digital marketing campaigns and rigorous testing.
