How we approach strategy consulting and what to expect from the engagement.
For companies at inflection points
Whether you are entering a new market, preparing for acquisition, or repositioning after growth, strategic clarity is the foundation for every decision that follows.
We work with leadership teams to define positioning, messaging, and creative direction. The output is a clear roadmap that connects brand investment to measurable business outcomes. Not a 60-page document that sits in a drawer, but a working plan your team can execute.
When to engage
Strategy consulting is suited to companies facing a specific business event: new market entry, competitive pressure, leadership change, M&A preparation, or a growth plateau. If you know something needs to change but are not sure where to start, this is where we begin.
What the engagement looks like
Immersion (Week 1-2): We spend time with your leadership, sales, and operations teams. We review financials (at the level you are comfortable sharing), analyse your competitive landscape, and interview key stakeholders. The goal is to understand the business reality, not just the marketing brief.
Diagnosis (Week 2-3): We identify the core strategic challenge. This is often different from what the initial brief suggests. A “rebrand” request frequently turns out to be a positioning problem. A “website redesign” often masks a messaging gap. We get to the root cause.
Options (Week 3-4): We present 2-3 strategic directions with clear trade-offs. Each option includes positioning, target audience definition, competitive differentiation, and an implementation roadmap with estimated investment. You choose the path with full visibility into the implications.
Roadmap (Week 4-5): The chosen direction is developed into a detailed action plan: priorities, timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics. This becomes the brief for every creative and marketing initiative that follows.
What you get
A strategy document that your team can actually use. Positioning statement, audience definitions, competitive differentiation, messaging framework, and a prioritised roadmap. Clear enough to brief an agency. Specific enough to measure progress.
M&A readiness
For companies preparing for acquisition or investment, brand and digital presence are increasingly part of due diligence. We audit your current brand equity, digital assets, and market positioning to identify gaps. The output is a remediation plan that protects (or increases) your valuation.
